Bosworth Battlefield

Class4 went on a trip to Bosworth Battlefield. Our favourite part of the day, was when we meet Mick the fletcher which was first. He bought us into a white masive tent and he talked to us about weapons. He told us that they played football with a  pigs bladder which was full with sawdust. We think we stood on the actual battlefield that king Henry and king Richard battled on.       LM SI

battle of bosworth epic adventures 2012!!!!!!

On a beautiful monday morning when the sun was shining in the mist of Coleorton class4 got on a bus and drove to the amazing historical bosworth battlefield . When we got to the battlefield , we went through a medieval  like gate to a field . In the field we were taught all about tudor weapons and if you were poor how hard it was to survive . After that we had lunch looking over the battlefield and running around . After a nice lunch we went in the museum - it was ancient! ~ but overall it was fun AND ANCIENT!! Then we went round the sites of the battlefield. It was long tiring and... LONG  and then after that we came home.
