Terrific Taffy Thomas

On Friday We had a visitor to our school. His name was Taffy Thomas and he was a master of riddles and story telling. He was even awarded an MBE for it! He told us three stories straight from his head!

Here is a riddle:

If a red house is made of red bricks, a blue house is made of blue bricks and a yellow house is made of yellow bricks what is a green house made of?

The answer is on Caitlin's blog:)

The answer to Caitlin's riddle is a doorbell!

Pudsey Day

On Friday the 16th november it was pudsey day also known as children in need.  This involved a cake stall, a book stall and an unwanted toy stall after school.  Children were aloud to dress up as their hero or heroine, for example Rebecca Adlington, proper super heros and many many more.  Everyone who wanted to wear there own clothes they brought in a pound.  For the stalls they were just donations to buy the things the books, toys cakes that people had kindly made for Pudsey day.  Every time people gave a donation it helps  a child in need to get better or to save their life.

SPACE!

Space

On the ninth of January a man called Mr Allen came to our school to talk about space. He had set up a planetarium and inside, Mr Allen taught us about planets, the stars and constellations. He also compared different planets with other planets!

c4's territory <('')>

On the 15th of january class 4's pupils decided to make an ice fort that went wrong. So we decided to make some ajustments and to change its name to THE ICE RING!!!! The teachers told us to be careful, but you know us kids, we just had to have fun. We built a slide, a tunnel plus an escape route.

On 18th of January class4 went down and went in the ice ring and we were all slipping and sliding about while having the best time of our lives (at school anyway).
